Ore Line Yards - A Collective for Local Businesses

We are Ore Line Yards - owned and operated by Leadville locals Cole & Bethany.  We moved to Leadville in 2022, purchasing our first house in Colorado, and finding home in this amazing community at 10,150ft!

The idea for Ore Line Yards came to us when we tried to find a quality commercial space for Cole’s sign business.  What started as a lofty dream has quickly progressed into an amazing project, with space for multiple businesses to find home in. We are excited to provide work spaces for companies to help foster growth and opportunity in Leadville. Not to mention, Leadville is centrally located to Summit, Eagle & Chaffee Counties!  

The goal for Ore Line Yards is to foster a community of local business. We are open to hosting any type of company, large or small. Our first building will be ready for occupancy by September 2025. More to come...
